Heritage Oaks Golf Club was presented with the award for Top 50 Public Range in late January by the Golf Range Association of America. In addition, Golf Instruction Supervisor Michael Wenzel received recognition as a Top 100 Growth of the Game Teaching Professional. Awards were presented at the 2023 Golf Business Conference in Orlando, Florida. The award is given to a public facility that introduces the game of golf to a variety of new players daily while retaining and inspiring their core golfers through player development programming, customer engagement and community outreach.
