Chelsea Anderson has been hired to be the new head coach of the Alton high School girls track and field team.AHS photoGODFREY - Chelsea Anderson, track coach at Alton Middle School for 10 years, is the new girls track coach at Alton High SchoolAlton on Wednesday announced the hiring of Anderson as the head girls' track coach of the Redbirds girls team. For the past 10 years, Anderson served as the head girls track coach at Alton Middle School. "I'm beyond excited about taking this position as the girls head coach at Alton because it gives me an opportunity to work with athletes that I've worked with before," Anderson said.
